The postal service
has issued an alert for ongoing delays in mail delivery. Please keep this in mind when placing your order, as the city is not responsible for delays in mail delivery.

More Information:

The city does not offer refunds or exchanges for beach tags.
The City of Ocean City is not responsible for misplaced, lost, stolen or forgotten beach tags.
Caution: Beach Tags may come off bathing suits if worn in the ocean.
Please be advised: To display a counterfeit or forged beach tag is a third degree crime and offenders will be prosecuted.
